[Woodworking Coating Example] Tabletop Blue-Green Gradient Mirror Finish

Introducing the gradient mirror finish coating of Zelkova hardwood.

This time, we requested a countertop surface with a scratch-resistant polyester mirror finish. One of the characteristics of polyester resin is that the coating can be made thick, around 0.3 to 0.5 mm. The coating is harder and less prone to scratches compared to urethane resin, making it suitable for everyday furniture. Additionally, there is minimal shrinkage of the coating due to aging, and the refined, sharp luster lasts a long time, which is the appeal of the polyester mirror finish. Even in the unlikely event that scratches occur, repairs can be made, providing peace of mind.
